Rules & SPA etique

  • Tuesdays are dedicated to the little ones. Except on Tuesdays, access to the Wellness & SPA area is prohibited for all children under the age of 14.
  • **The prices shown for access from Monday to Thursday are not valid during legal, religious and other holidays (eg March 8, Valentine's day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter holidays, etc.).
  • In these cases the prices applied for access are those from Saturday - Sunday.
  • Wellness Center & The spa is open according to the following schedule
  • Aqua Experience area: 10:00 - 21:30 all year round. (Monday special schedule 12:00-21:30).
  • Amedeea Paradise area: Monday 12:00 - 21:30 / Tuesday - Sunday 11:00 - 21:30
  • Food and drinks from outside are strictly prohibited. The Spa Center is equipped with a Lounge area & Bar, so we can offer you all the comfort you need during a SPA session.
  • Sunbeds are free - they can be occupied according to availability. There is no possibility of booking them.
  • The adult rate includes access to the spa center and a towel, for a second towel an additional fee of 15 lei will be paid.

SPA reservation cancellation policy

  • Bookings for which no valid credit/debit card details are provided, which have not been paid in advance or for which a deposit has not been made in advance, are considered by the SPA center as non-guaranteed bookings.
  • If you do not have the possibility to guarantee your reservation with a credit/debit card, please contact us.
  • The deadline for canceling a reservation, without incurring penalties, is 48 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center. The initially charged amount is reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days.
  • For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center, we can offer you a maximum of one rescheduling, but the amount initially charged will not be refunded.
  • For cancellations made between 0 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival at the SPA center, the initially charged amount will no longer be refunded.
